Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Union City, New Jersey. At the time, Union City was the center of the garment industry in the United States. A blue collar town made up of immigrant families from Germany, Italy, and Cuba.
It was a tight knit community and a wonderful place to grow up. I was born in Las Villas, Cuba and came with my parents to the United States at the age of 7.
