Andrea Hoffman

Andrea has provided leadership-minded clients with forward thinking ideas, strategies and tactics for over 19 years. She is a marketing strategist and trend forecaster who has demonstrated a high degree of creativity throughout her career. "I understand the nuances and needs of clients and consumers that most people miss trying to follow trends and by reading flawed reports.”

Andrea's expertise offers a combination of agency and entrepreneurial experience. She began her career over 19 years ago, creating and producing celebrity-driven events and now specializes in business development, diversity initiatives, and designing differentiating marketing communications plans.

Andrea has worked with the likes of BMW of North America, Mercedes-Benz, Alliance Capital Management, 20th Century Television, Hispanic Civil Right Organization - National Council of La Raza, ABC’s American Latino Media Arts Awards, Hachette Filipacchi Magazine, actor Jon Seda, Gibson Musical Instruments, and NASCAR Café, just to name a few.

Andrea's career highlights include functioning as the key architect of the Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) entertainment strategy that included several diversity tactics. She also helped to evaluate MBUSA's multi-million dollar Presence Marketing budget during a time when Mercedes was shifting its brand towards a younger demographic. Additionally, Andrea was part of the research team that helped a prominent NYC law firm win a landmark diversity case for its client, Kool Cigarettes. Andrea was recently elected to the Board of Evidence Dance Company.

Ivan Burwell, Senior Strategist

Ivan is an advertising, marketing and communications specialist with over 17 years' of experience in the strategic development, design, and execution of targeted merchandising and promotional programs. His unique approach has resulted in a very successful track record of building brand equity and generating product trial, resulting in incremental sales that have continuously exceeded the plan. Ivan has also served with distinction on corporate innovation teams whereby the objective was to identify, evaluate, and recommend new business development strategies and best practices.

As the first Director of Ethnic Marketing at the Coors Brewing Company, Ivan established the template and methodology that concentrated on both advertising and retail marketing development based upon a strategic platform and keen consumer insights.

Kojo Bentil, Senior Consultant

David Pensak Mr. Bentil, a former Motown Records executive, is also Executive Vice President of Kedar Entertainment, where he oversees the company’s operations and reports to founder and CEO Kedar Massenburg. Mr. Bentil has had a dynamic 15+-year career showcased by his ability to lead companies in achieving financial, operational and market success. Mr. Bentil’s career has been marked by his building and growing companies from the ground up, turning around underperforming businesses, and structuring, negotiating and closing multimillion-dollar transactions. Prior to joining Kedar, Mr. Bentil was Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Business Development for Motown Records in New York, As a member of its executive management team, Mr. Bentil was also instrumental in successfully reviving the division’s fortunes by increasing its annual sales from $100 million to $170 million.

Dr. David Pensak, Chief Innoventor

David Pensak Dr. Pensak consults luxury brands on how to use technology, innovation and invention to design profitable and competitive ecommerce strategies.

As a recognized technology innovator and serial entrepreneur, Dr. Pensak had a distinguished 30-year career with DuPont, starting as a chemist and retiring as Chief Computer Scientist.

Dr. Pensak also held several senior research positions and served as a corporate technology growth champion, providing guidance for and managing advanced computer-technology explorations and development. Dr. Pensak has lectured on technology innovation at Wharton, currently teaches at the University of Delaware School of Business and George Washington University Law School and is also a Director of the Delaware Innovation Fund.

With a Harvard PhD in Chemistry, Dr. Pensak invented the first commercial Internet firewall for business applications. He started-up Raptor Systems, which is now owned by Symantec, in order to develop the technology.
